Returns

You have 3-4 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@moyas.in to request a return authorization. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.

Please note that shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The 7 days  it takes for your refund to be processed and credited back to your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team at info@moyas.in to request an exchange authorization. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to exchange the item.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item according to our refund policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Perishable products
• Personalized items
