Cancellation Period
You may cancel your order within 3-4 of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at info@moyas.in as soon as possible. Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If you cancel your order within the specified cancellation period, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed promptly after the cancellation request is confirmed.
Cancellation After Shipment
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you may return the item(s) according to our return and refund policy.
